S & D Membs Security Services Limited is registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission and operates under the regulatory oversight that applies to private guard companies in Nigeria. We maintain personnel screening, structured training, active supervision, and regular regulatory reporting as a matter of course, not as a marketing claim.

- Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) — RC 837824, incorporated 11 August 2009
- Private guard licensing
- Licensed Private Guard Company under the Private Guard Companies Act, regulated by the Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), current licence renewal valid through November 2026
- Tax compliance
- Tax Clearance Certificate valid through 31 December 2026
- Pension & employee compensation
- PenCom Pension Clearance Certificate and NSITF Employees’ Compensation clearance, both valid through 31 December 2026
- Sector-specific permits
- NUPRC Oil & Gas Industry Service Permit (consultancy, private guards, security equipment, pipeline surveillance) valid through July 2027; NIMASA approval to operate as a Guard Force Company in Nigeria’s maritime sector under the ISPS Code, current renewal valid through November 2026
- Insurance
- Professional indemnity and fidelity guarantee cover in place through February 2027
